Access to and use of the Service is subject to full acceptance of these Terms by any user (hereinafter "the User").

Article 1 — Definitions

  • Service: the GEOanalyze website at geoanalyze.com and all its GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) audit features, including the visibility test against multiple AI engines.
  • User: any natural or legal person accessing the Service.
  • Publisher: FLUXA SAS, as defined above.
  • Audit: automated analysis of a URL submitted by the User, producing a report (free or full depending on scope).

Article 2 — Acceptance of Terms

Use of the Service implies full acceptance of these Terms. If the User does not accept these Terms, they must immediately cease using the Service.

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Article 3 — Service description

GEOanalyze is an automated website analysis service that evaluates optimization for AI-based search engines (GEO — Generative Engine Optimization). The Service includes:

  • Technical and semantic analysis of the submitted URL (HTML crawl, structure, content);
  • A visibility test against multiple AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to measure whether the site appears in answers to questions related to its business;
  • A score, a corrective action plan, and a PDF report (full report only);
  • One free retest within ninety (90) days (full report only).

Order and payment terms for the full report are governed by the Terms of Sale.

Article 4 — Access to the Service

The Service is available 24/7, subject to maintenance, updates or technical incidents. The Publisher strives to maintain high availability but cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions, whatever the cause.

Access to the Service requires an internet connection. Related costs are solely the User's responsibility.

Article 5 — User obligations

The User agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information;
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes;
  • Not attempt to circumvent the Service's security measures;
  • Only use the Service to analyze websites they own or for which they have the owner's explicit authorization;
  • Not transmit viruses, malware or any malicious code via the Service;
  • Not automatically or massively extract data from the Service (scraping, large-scale reuse of results) without express authorization.

Article 6 — Intellectual property

The Service, its architecture, code, design, trademarks, logos and databases are the exclusive property of the Publisher, protected by French and international intellectual property law.

Audit results are made available to the User for personal and professional use. FLUXA SAS retains ownership of the underlying technology, algorithms and prompts used to produce these results.

Article 7 — Use of third-party AI providers

To produce the audit, the Service queries third-party AI models (notably Anthropic, OpenAI and Google) with questions written by FLUXA SAS relating to the business sector associated with the submitted URL. The User acknowledges that:

  • responses from these models are inherently non-deterministic and may vary between runs;
  • these models may produce inaccurate, incomplete or biased information ("hallucinations");
  • the Publisher publishes the raw output of these tests for informational purposes only and does not guarantee their accuracy.

Details of the relevant sub-processors and the framework governing data transfers are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Article 8 — Liability

GEOanalyze provides automated analysis for informational purposes only. The Publisher is bound by a best-efforts obligation in providing the Service. FLUXA SAS does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of results; the User is solely responsible for decisions made based on them.

To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages (data loss, loss of business, reputational damage) resulting from use or unavailability of the Service.

Article 9 — Suspension and termination

The User may stop using the Service at any time. FLUXA SAS may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms, after notice goes unheeded, except for particularly serious breaches justifying immediate suspension.

Article 10 — Force majeure

Neither party shall be held liable in the event of force majeure as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

Article 11 — Personal data

Processing of Users' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the site.

Article 12 — Cookies

Cookie usage is described in the Cookie Policy available on the site.

Article 13 — Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Failure by the Publisher to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of the right to do so later.

Article 14 — Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution before any legal action. Otherwise, the courts of FLUXA SAS's registered office shall have jurisdiction for B2B disputes; the courts of the consumer's domicile shall have jurisdiction for B2C disputes, in accordance with Articles R. 631-3 of the French Consumer Code and 42 and 46 of the French Code of Civil Procedure.
